Zusammenfassung:To provide a harvesting device and a harvesting method, enabling harvesting objects to be efficiently and stably harvested while avoiding obstacles, and a program.SOLUTION: A harvesting device comprises: a harvesting unit harvesting harvesting objects; a harvesting unit moving unit moving the harvesting unit to a position appropriate to harvest the harvesting objects; a photographing unit photographing an image; and a control unit.
