The conductive linear member 15 comprises a lead part 51 and a cathode 52 provided atop of the lead part 51, and the conductive linear member 16 comprises a lead part 61 and an anode 62 provided atop of the lead part 61, in which the cross-sectional area of the cathode 52 crossing a Z direction is different from the cross-sectional area of the lead part 51 crossing the Z direction, and the cross-sectional area of the anode 62 crossing the Z direction is different from the cross-sectional area of the lead part 61 crossing the Z direction. The cathode 52 comprises a first projection part protruding in an internal space S and a first embedded part embedded in the stem 11, and the cathode 62 comprises a second projection part protruding in the internal space S and a second embedded part embedded in the stem 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
