PROBE FOR TASTE SENSOR

To provide a probe for a taste sensor enabling measurement with a small amount of sample and having a small variation in measurement results.SOLUTION: A probe for a taste sensor comprises a sample holder and a chip. The sample holder comprises: a sample holding region having a first region and a second region; an injection port for injecting a sample into the first region; a wall defining the second region; at least one opening part provided in the wall; and at least one air vent port provided in the second region. The chip comprises a terminal part, a wiring part, and at least one electrode part. The sample enters the second region through the opening part. The first region and the second region are in fluid communication.
