To suppress the generation of wrinkles on a conveyance object material.SOLUTION: A conveyance device comprises: a first conveyance body; a second conveyance body which is movable between the contact position and the separation position with respect to the first conveyance body and sandwiches a conveyance object material with the first conveyance body at the contact position; and a conveyance part which has a holding part for holding the tip of the conveyance object material, and conveys the conveyance object material toward a region where the first conveyance body and the second conveyance body sandwich the conveyance object material in such a state that the second conveyance body is located at the separation position.
