To provide a report management method of which the convenience is further improved by easily making an internal report regarding an illegal activity inside of a group, a report management device and a report management program.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for supporting an internal report with respect to an illegal activity being performed inside of a group. The method includes the steps of: receiving a user information registration request including group information and settlement information from a user terminal to a report management server; transmitting, from the report management server to the user terminal, report content input screen display information for inputting a report content with the user terminal after a utilization fee of an internal report service is settled based n the settlement information; and receiving report information including at least the illegal activity by the report management server.
