The HUB collates read tag information to the user information database and transmits matched registration information and the recording video. Further, a carereceiver support system includes the data management server, an imaging apparatus, an operation terminal, and a monitor. The imaging apparatus captures the identification sign and the recording video and the monitor projects the registered information and the recording video that have been collated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】駅員などの介助者が要介助者の介助ニーズを把握する際のエラーを低減し、介助サービスの質を向上するシステムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】識別標識を読み取る識別標識読み取り装置と、利用者の登録情報が保存された利用者情報データベースと、記録映像を録画する録画装置と、ＨＵＢを備え、前記ＨＵＢにおいて、読み取りタグ情報と前記利用者情報データベースを照合し、照合がとれた登録情報と前記記録映像を送信する、データ管理サーバーを提供する。さらに前記データ管理サーバーと、撮像装置と、操作端末と、モニターを備え、前記撮像装置は前記識別標識および前記記録映像を撮影し、前記モニターは前記照合がとれた登録情報と前記記録映像を映し出す、要介助者サポートシステムを提供する。【選択図】図１ |
