Zusammenfassung: | To provide a technique capable of manufacturing a device in which a gap hardly occurs between a first member such as a case and a second member such as a dial plate even when the temperature is changed.SOLUTION: A positioning pin 49 having a smaller diameter than a positioning member 89 is provided on a dial plate mounting part 61 of a middle case 35. Moreover, on a dial plate 33, a positioning through hole 51 is provided, whose size is large enough to be fitted to the positioning member 89 and inner diameter is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the positioning member 89. Then, before mounting the dial plate 33 on the middle case 35, the positioning member 89 having the larger diameter than the positioning pin 49 is fitted to the positioning pin 49. Thereafter, the positioning through hole 51 of the dial plate 33 is fitted to the positioning member 89, and positioning of the dial plate 33 is performed. After the positioning, the dial plate 33 and the middle case 35 are joined with a double-sided tape. After joining, the positioning member 89 is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】温度が変化した場合でも、ケース等の第1部材と文字板等の第2部材との間に隙間が生じにくい装置を製造できる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】中ケース35の文字板搭載部61に、位置決め部材89より小径の位置決めピン49を設ける。また、文字板33に、位置決め部材89が嵌まる大きさで、位置決め部材89の外径よりも僅かに内径が大きな位置決め貫通孔51を設けておく。そして、中ケース35に文字板33を搭載する前に、位置決めピン49に、位置決めピン49よりも大径の位置決め部材89を嵌める。その後、文字板33の位置決め貫通孔51を位置決め部材89に嵌め、文字板33の位置決めを行う。位置決め後に、両面テープで文字板33と中ケース35とを接合する。接合後に、位置決め部材89を取り外す。【選択図】図6 |
