Zusammenfassung:To provide a substrate for a self-illuminated display device capable of preventing reflection of external light while enabling highly accurate alignment by having high visible light shielding properties and near-infrared light transmissivity.SOLUTION: The substrate for a self-illuminated display device includes a coloring film containing a red pigment and a blue pigment as (A) a resin and (B) a coloring material. The crystallite size of the red pigment calculated from the width at half maximum obtained from the main peak of an X-ray diffraction spectrum when CuKα ray is used as an X-ray source is 5 nm or more and 25 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高い可視光遮光性と近赤外線透過性を有することで、外光反射を抑制しつつ高精度の位置合わせが可能な自発光型表示装置用の基板を提供する。【解決手段】(A)樹脂および(B)着色材として赤色顔料および青色顔料を含有する着色膜を具備する自発光型表示装置用の基板であって、CuKα線をX線源としたときのX線回折スペクトルの主ピークより得られる半値幅より算出した前記赤色顔料の結晶子サイズが5nm以上25nm以下であることを特徴とする自発光型表示装置用基板。【選択図】 なし
