To provide an energization controller and an energization control system that early neutralize erroneous detection of current.SOLUTION: An energization controller 60 used in an energization control system 10 neutralizes a signal output by an ISO abnormality possibility determination circuit 74 after a voltage to be applied to an ISO first switching element 401 and an ISO second switching element 402 is changed to a voltage making the ISO first switching element 401 and the ISO second switching element 402 be turned from ON to OFF.
