Zusammenfassung: | To provide a mold manufacturing method that enables the machining of a surface structure in which a low spatial frequency uneven shape overlaps a high spatial frequency uneven shape and thereby improves the machining accuracy of a transfer surface of an emboss pattern.SOLUTION: A mold manufacturing method according to the present disclosure is a manufacturing method of a mold for injection molding which transfers an emboss pattern to a resin molded product, and comprises the steps of: acquiring information of a spatial frequency of concave and convex shapes constituting the emboss pattern and information of power spectrum corresponding to the spatial frequency, based on emboss processing data of the emboss pattern; dividing the acquired spatial frequency information into two or more spatial frequency regions so that two or more feature amounts are extracted and at least one feature amount is included in each of the spatial frequency regions; extracting concave and convex shape processing data corresponding to each of the two or more spatial frequency regions obtained; and processing concave and convex shapes constituting the emboss pattern in a stepwise manner based on each of the concave and convex shape processing data corresponding to each of the two or more spatial frequency regions extracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】低空間周波数の凹凸形状と、高空間周波数の凹凸形状とが重なった表面構造の加工を可能とし、シボ模様の転写面の加工精度を向上させる。【解決手段】本開示に係る成形金型の製造方法は、樹脂成形品にシボ模様を転写する射出成形用の成形金型の製造方法であって、シボ模様のシボ加工データに基づいて、シボ模様を構成する凹凸形状の空間周波数の情報と空間周波数に対応するパワースペクトルの情報とを取得する工程と、2以上の特長量を抽出し、各空間周波数領域に少なくとも1つの特長量を含めるように、取得された空間周波数の情報を2以上の空間周波数領域に分割する工程と、得られた2以上の空間周波数領域のそれぞれに対応する凹凸形状加工データを抽出する工程と、抽出された2以上の空間周波数領域のそれぞれに対応する凹凸形状加工データのそれぞれに基づいて、段階的にシボ模様を構成する凹凸形状を加工する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図3 |
