Zusammenfassung:	To provide an illuminating device that can reduce the number of assembly steps.SOLUTION: An illuminating device 1 according to the present invention comprises a light source board 15, a cover part 19 for diffusing a luminous flux emitted from the light source board 15, and a ring member 18 attached to the cover part 19. The cover part 19 comprises an engagement groove 19d having a groove shape recessed inward in a radial direction.
