Zusammenfassung: | To provide a high strength light weight CNF molded body comprising volume at which, more kinds of processing are possible, such as cutting, boring, and polishing, and the like, and achieving a uniform state and preventing crack, a production method of the CNF molded body and a CNF molded body which may serve as an alternative material of a dentin and the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a CNF molded body comprising: a molding step for putting a CNF including slurry into a CNF molding device, applying a pressure to the CNF including slurry using gas permeation means, for supplying a heated gas to the CNF molding device, for acquiring a first molded body; and a desolventizing step for applying the pressure to the first molded body using the gas permeation means, and supplying the heated gas to the CNF molding device, for desolventizing the first CNF molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、切削、穿孔、研磨等のより多くの種類の加工が可能な体積を有し、且つ均質で割れが生じない高強度軽量CNF成形体、そのCNF成形体の製造方法及び象牙等の代替材料となりうるCNF成形体を提供する。【解決手段】CNF含有スラリーをCNF成形装置に入れ、気体透過手段を用いてCNF含有スラリーに圧力を加えるとともに、前記CNF成形装置に加熱気体を供給する工程を行い、第一の成形体を得る成形工程と、前記第一の成形体に気体透過手段を用いて圧力を加えるとともに、前記CNF成形装置に加熱気体を供給する工程を行い、第一のCNF成形体を脱溶媒する脱溶媒工程を含むCNF成形体の製造方法であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
