PARKING LOT MANAGEMENT SERVER AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

To provide a parking lot management server that digitizes the provision of services such as discount tickets and coupon tickets and contributes to improving usability.SOLUTION: A parking lot management server includes: a vehicle space management DB that accumulates management data related to parking spaces subject to management and operation; a member DB that accumulates attribute data related to member users who can reserve and use the parking spaces, settlement data for settling use fees, and member data including a use history of the parking spaces; a coupon DB that accumulates coupon data for promoting use of a parking lot and nearby facilities; coupon creation means for, based on parking lot data related to the parking lot registered in the vehicle space management DB, address data in the parking lot data, and the use history, extracting a member who should receive notification of the parking lot data, and creating coupon data related to the parking lot data; and coupon transmission means for transmitting the coupon data created by the coupon creation means to a communication terminal related to the extracted member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】割引券、クーポン券といったサービス提供を電子化し、使い勝手を向上させることに寄与する駐車場管理サーバを提供する。【解決手段】駐車場管理サーバは、管理運営の対象となる駐車車室に関する管理データを蓄積する車室管理ＤＢと、駐車車室の予約利用が可能な会員ユーザに関する属性データ、利用料金の精算を実行するための精算データ及び駐車車室の利用履歴を含む会員データを蓄積する会員ＤＢと、駐車場や近隣設備の利用促進のためのクーポンデータを蓄積するクーポンＤＢと、車室管理ＤＢに対して登録された駐車場に関わる駐車場データ、その駐車場データにおける住所データ及び利用履歴とに基づいて、当該駐車場データを告知するべき会員を抽出し、当該駐車場データに関わるクーポンデータを作成するクーポン作成手段と、クーポン作成手段が作成したクーポンデータを、抽出した会員に係る通信端末へ送信するクーポン送信手段と、を備える。【選択図】図４
