Zusammenfassung: | To provide a balloon catheter which suppresses omission of a medicine during conveyance in a blood vessel and has high safety, can enhance an effect for transferring a medicine to a blood vessel wall from an outer surface of a balloon, and can penetrate a medicine to a wide range of a blood vessel wall even in a mineralization lesion.SOLUTION: A balloon catheter 10 where a medicine layer 50 is arranged on the outer surface of a balloon 30 has a base coat layer 40 between the outer surface of the balloon 30 and the medicine layer 50, wherein the medicine layer 40 contains a plurality of nanoparticle formulations 51 and hydrophobic tocopherol where the nanoparticle formulations 51 are dispersed, at least one of the nanoparticle formulations 51 contains a chelate agent, at least one of the nanoparticle formulations contains a medicine having a cell proliferation suppressing action, and the base coat layer 40 has a positive charge and a negative charge in the molecule, and contains a compound whose alkyl chain part is hydrophobic and water-soluble tocopherol.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】血管内を搬送中の薬剤の脱落を抑制して安全性が高く、バルーンの外表面から血管壁への薬剤の転写効果を高めることができるとともに、石灰化病変においても薬剤を血管壁の広い範囲に浸透させることができるバルーンカテーテルを提供する。【解決手段】バルーン30の外表面に薬剤層50が配置されたバルーンカテーテル10であって、バルーン30の外表面と薬剤層50の間にベースコート層40を有し、薬剤層40は、複数のナノ粒子製剤51および前記ナノ粒子製剤51が分散される疎水性トコフェロールを含有し、ナノ粒子製剤51の少なくとも1つはキレート剤を含有し、ナノ粒子製剤の少なくとも1つは細胞増殖抑制作用を有する薬剤を含有し、ベースコート層40は、分子内に正電荷と負電荷を有しかつアルキル鎖部分が疎水性である化合物および水溶性トコフェロールを含有する。【選択図】図3 |
