Zusammenfassung: | To provide a fiber sheet for civil engineering which satisfactorily maintains adsorption property of a harmful substance, can freely carry an adhesion amount of particles (adsorbent) from low concentration to high concentration, has low bending resistance and good followability to a ground surface, and is easily integrated with the ground surface, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a fiber sheet 1 for civil engineering, particles 3 are fixed in a spray state on at least one surface of a non-woven fabric 2 through an adhesive resin 2, or an adhesive resin layer containing the adhesive resin 2 is fixed to at least the one surface of the non-woven fabric 2, and the particles 3 are fixed to the adhesive resin layer in the spray state. A method for manufacturing the fiber sheet includes the steps of: applying an adhesive resin to at least one surface of a non-woven fabric; spraying particles to the surface of the adhesive resin; and performing at least one selected from drying, curing, and melting and solidifying the adhesive resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】有害物質の吸着性を良好に保ち、粒子(吸着剤)の付着量を低濃度から高濃度まで自由に担持でき、繊維シートの剛軟度が低く地面への追従性が良好であり、地面と一体化しやすい土木用繊維シート及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の土木用繊維シート1は、不織布2の少なくとも一表面に接着樹脂2を介して、粒子3が散布状態で固着しているか、又は不織布2の少なくとも一表面に接着樹脂2を含む接着樹脂層が固着されており、接着樹脂層に粒子3が散布状態で固着している。この繊維シートの一つの製法は、不織布の少なくとも一表面に接着樹脂を付与する工程と、前記接着樹脂の表面に粒子を散布する工程と、前記接着樹脂層の乾燥、硬化及び溶融固化から選ばれる少なくとも一つの工程を含む。【選択図】図1 |
