GREASE TRAP USING STEAM OR HEATER HEATING ELEMENT

To dissolve solidified grease in a grease trap by heat (steam or heater), and adsorb only the grease efficiently on polypropylene grease adsorption cotton.SOLUTION: A steam discharge nozzle is provided on the upper part of a basket 26 for receiving food residue, vegetable waste, and grease at an indoor drain side in this order at an arbitrary position of the grease trap formed with an opening/closing lid for loading/unloading the basket 26 for receiving food residue, vegetable waste, and grease, an opening/closing lid for loading/unloading polypropylene grease adsorption cotton P, and an opening/closing lid for inspecting an outlet of steam 13 (or hot air) on the upper part of a grease trap housing. The polypropylene grease adsorption cotton P, a partition net 2, and the steam discharge nozzle are formed at an arbitrary angle to the oil surface to adsorb only grease on the polypropylene grease adsorption cotton P in the grease trap and discharge only water (sewage) to a public sewage system. After that, the polypropylene grease adsorption cotton P having adsorbed grease is collected and reused as fuel, soap, and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】グリストラップ内の固形化した油脂を熱（蒸気又はヒーター用いて）で溶解をして、効率よくポリプロピレン製油脂吸着綿に油脂だけ吸着させる。【解決手段】グリストラップ筐体上部に食物残渣、野菜屑、油脂受け籠２６の投入取出開閉蓋と、ポリプロピレン製吸着綿Ｐの投入取出開閉蓋と、蒸気１３（又は熱風）吹出口の点検用開閉蓋を形成したグリストラップの任意の位置に、屋内排水溝側から順番に食品残渣、野菜屑受け籠２６の上部に蒸気１３吐出ノズルを設け、ポリプロピレン製油脂吸着綿Ｐと、仕切板の網２と、蒸気吐出ノズルを油面に対して任意の斜方向に形成し、グリストラップ内でポリプロピレン製油脂吸着綿Ｐへ油脂だけを吸着させ、水（汚水）だけを公共下水道へ排出し、その後、油脂を吸着させたポリプロピレン製油脂吸着綿Ｐを回収し、燃料、石鹸等に再利用をする。【選択図】図１
