Zusammenfassung:To provide a vertical sealing device in a bag making and filling machine capable of properly setting an amplitude of ultrasonic vibration and a value of pressure applied to a superposed part without trouble in relation to a packing capacity.SOLUTION: There is provided a vertical sealing device in a bag making and filling machine, including: vibration generating means 30 for ultrasonically vibrating a horn 24 sandwiching an overlapping portion 12b of a tubular film 12a with an anvil 26; and an air cylinder 32 pressurizing towards anvil 26. A touch panel 44 connected to control means 42 is used to set a set value of an amplitude of the ultrasonic vibration generated by the vibration generating means 30 and a set value of a pressure generated by the air cylinder 32 corresponding to a plurality of packing speeds. The control means 42 interpolates and sets amplitude values and pressure values between a plurality of set values. The control means 42 controls the vibration generating means 30 and an electropneumatic regulator 38 of the air cylinder 32 so that the amplitude and pressure correspond to a conveying speed of the tubular film 12a during a packing operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】包装能力との関係で、超音波振動の振幅および重合部に加える圧力の値を手間なく適正に設定できる製袋充填機における縦シール装置を提供する。【解決手段】筒状フィルム12aの重合部12bをアンビル26とで挟持するホーン24を、超音波振動させる振動発生手段30と、アンビル26に向けて加圧するエアシリンダ32とを備える。制御手段42に接続するタッチパネル44で、複数の包装速度に対応して、振動発生手段30による超音波振動の振幅の設定値およびエアシリンダ32による圧力の設定値を夫々設定する。制御手段42は、設定した複数の設定値の間の振幅値および圧力値の夫々を補間により求めて設定する。制御手段42は、包装運転に際し、振幅および圧力が、筒状フィルム12aの搬送速度に対応する値となるように、振動発生手段30とエアシリンダ32の電空レギュレータ38を制御する。【選択図】図1
