To provide a holding structure and a holding method of an electrical device that do not worsen the wiring workability of a cable connecting a wiring cable in the ground and an electrical device when installing the electrical device and prevent invasion of small animals and foreign substances from an opening for insertion of a cable.SOLUTION: A holding structure of an electrical device includes a cable wired to an electrical device installed in a prescribed location, a base portion that supports the bottom of the electrical device and has a plane with an opening into which the cable is inserted, and a cable holding portion that includes a substantially circular cylindrical shape portion into which the cable is inserted and a tightened portion that is configured integrally with the cylindrical shape portion.
