Zusammenfassung: | To provide an LED substrate capable of having a sufficient countermeasure against heat radiation without using any heat sink, as an alternative solution to solve the problem that if an ultraviolet LED is used as a means for ultraviolet ray irradiation, a countermeasure against heat radiation is important for a longer life of an element and an LED substrate, whereas a heat sink using a material having good thermal conductivity, such as aluminum, is expensive.SOLUTION: An LED substrate includes an LED element and a substrate for holding the LED element. The substrate is made of resin and includes a hole penetrating in a thickness direction of the substrate. With the present invention, even a general resin LED substrate can have a sufficient countermeasure against heat radiation without externally attaching a metal heat sink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 紫外線を照射する手段として紫外線LEDを用いる場合、素子寿命やLED基板の寿命を少しでも長くするために放熱対策が重要である。その一方、アルミニウム等の熱伝導性の良い材料を用いた放熱板は、コストが高くついてしまうため、代替案が望まれていた。そこで、本発明は、放熱板を用いずに十分な放熱対策が可能なLED基板等を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 LED素子と前記LED素子を保持する基板とを備えるLED基板であって、前記基板は、樹脂製であり、当該基板の厚さ方向に貫通する孔を有する、LED基板である。本発明によれば、一般的な樹脂製のLED基板であっても、金属製の放熱板を外付けすることなく十分な放熱対策が可能となる。【選択図】図1 |
