To provide an information processor, an information processing method, and a program for promoting purchase of a corresponding paper book to a user who purchases an electronic book.SOLUTION: In a privilege granting system in which a server, a paper book management server, a plurality of user terminals, and store terminals are connected via a network, an information processor 1 (server) includes: an acquisition unit 61 that acquires sales information indicating sales status of an electronic book and a paper book associated with a user; an extraction unit 62 that extracts sales information that satisfies a predetermined privilege granting condition; a generation unit 63 that generates, when the extraction unit 62 can extract sales information satisfying the privilege granting condition, predetermined privilege information associated with the privilege granting condition; and a grant unit 64 that grants the privilege information to the user.
