To supply lubricating oil to a bearing and onto the peripheries in wider ranges, opposed to each other, of a holding portion holding the bearing.SOLUTION: An inner ring 82 of a bearing 60 rotates integrally with an extended shaft 56 in the direction of an arrow Y, and an outer ring 84 also rotates in connection with the rotation of the inner ring. A bearing outer periphery is supplied with lubricating oil from an oil path 78 provided in a holding portion 70 of a housing storing and holding the bearing 60.
