Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent withstand voltage characteristics.SOLUTION: A pretreatment agent containing colloidal silica and a silicone-based activator is used, a treatment of retaining the colloidal silica and the silicone-based activator on an anode metal on which a dielectric oxide film is formed is performed, and then a solid electrolyte made of a conductive polymer is formed on the anode metal, whereby a solid electrolytic capacitor exhibiting excellent withstand voltage characteristics can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】優れた耐電圧特性を具備した固体電解コンデンサの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】コロイダルシリカ及びシリコーン系活性剤を含む前処理剤を用い、誘電体酸化皮膜が形成された陽極金属上にコロイダルシリカ及びシリコーン系活性剤を保持させる処理を施し、次いで該陽極金属上に導電性高分子からなる固体電解質を形成することで、優れた耐電圧特性を示す固体電解コンデンサを提供できる。【選択図】なし
