To provide an air massage device capable of reducing time and efforts for mounting and removing it.SOLUTION: An air massage device 1 includes an attachment 10 mounted on a right leg 900R or a left leg 900L of a user U1. The attachment 10 includes an attachment 11 for a lower leg part mounted on the lower leg part 910 of the user U1 and an attachment 13 for a foot mounted on the foot of the user U1. The attachment 11 for a lower leg part includes a leg belt part 21 formed into a bag shape of outer cloth and inner cloth, and wound around the lower leg part 910, and an air bag incorporated in the leg belt part 21. The attachment 11 for a lower leg part in which the leg belt part 21 is wound in a cylindrical shape and the attachment 13 for a foot form a boot shape.
