Zusammenfassung:To provide a liquid discharging head and a liquid discharging device capable of suppressing unnecessary energy consumption and efficiently suppressing dew condensation caused on a discharge port surface (recording element board).SOLUTION: A liquid discharging head 30A includes a recording element board 10 provided with a discharge port surface 10a on which a plurality of discharge ports are arranged, and a temperature controlling means which controls a temperature of the discharge port surface 10a. The discharge ports of the recording element board 10 discharge liquid to medium to be discharged which is relatively displaced with respect to the liquid discharging head 30A. The temperature controlling means adjusts the temperature of the discharge port surface 10a so that the temperature on an area of the downstream side of the discharge port surface 10a becomes higher than the temperature on the area of the upstream side of the discharge port surface 10a with respect to the relative movement direction of the medium to be discharged when seeing the medium to be discharged from the liquid discharging head 30A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】不要なエネルギー消費を抑え、吐出口面(記録素子基板)に生じる結露を効率的に抑制する。【解決手段】液体吐出ヘッド30Aは、複数の吐出口が配列された吐出口面10aを備えた記録素子基板10と、吐出口面10aの温度を調整する温調手段と、を有する。記録素子基板10の吐出口は、液体吐出ヘッド30Aに対して相対移動する被吐出媒体に液体を吐出する。温調手段は、液体吐出ヘッド30Aから被吐出媒体を見た場合の被吐出媒体の相対移動方向に関して、吐出口面10aの下流側の領域の温度が吐出口面10aの上流側の領域の温度よりも高くなるように、吐出口面10aの温度を調整する。【選択図】図5
