Zusammenfassung:To provide a method of manufacturing a liner-less high-pressure vessel which can simplify the constitution of the high-pressure vessel and can reduce the weight and cost of the high-pressure vessel.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a liner-less high-pressure vessel comprises a mouthpiece connection step, a winding step and a hardening step. In the mouthpiece connection step, a pair of mouthpieces 13 are inserted into a core bar and connected to an umbrella-shaped jig 50. In the winding step, umbrella-shaped parts 55 of the umbrella-shaped jig 50 are deployed, and fiber bundles are wound so as to be bridged across a pair of the umbrella-shaped parts 55 to form a reinforcing winding layer. In the hardening step, a resin impregnated into the fiber bundles of the reinforcing winding layer is hardened to form a reinforcing layer. The innermost winding layer of the reinforcing winding layer is formed by winding the fiber bundles so as to pass on an axially outer side of the core bar relative to a bone receiving part at a rib part 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】高圧容器の構成を簡略化でき、高圧容器の軽量化およびコスト低減を図ることができるライナレス高圧容器の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ライナレス高圧容器の製造方法は、口金接続工程と、巻回工程と、硬化工程と、を備える。口金接続工程において、心棒に一対の口金13を挿入して傘状治具50に接続する。巻回工程において、傘状治具50の傘状部55を展開して一対の傘状部55に掛け渡すように繊維束を巻き回して補強巻回層を形成する。硬化工程において、補強巻回層の繊維束に含侵された樹脂を硬化させて補強層を形成する。補強巻回層の最内巻回層は、親骨部61において受骨部よりも心棒の軸方向外側を通過するように繊維束が巻き回されて形成される。【選択図】図8
