To provide a detection device capable of detecting abnormality of a detection section for detecting a physical amount.SOLUTION: A detection device D1 includes a detection sensor 21, a correction section 22 and an abnormality detection section 4. The detection sensor 21 outputs a detection signal according to a physical amount. The correction section 22 corrects a detection signal input from the detection sensor 21 and outputs a detection signal after correcting. The abnormality detection section 4 detects abnormality of the detection sensor 21 or the correction section 22. The correction section 22 includes an offset adjustment part 223 for performing offset adjustment of a detection signal input from the detection sensor 21.
