To appropriately provide footwear which is fit for growth in user's feet.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises an acquisition unit, an estimation unit, and a providing unit. The acquisition unit acquires first timing measurement information obtained by measuring a size of user's feet. The estimation unit estimates a first period taken until the size of user's feet satisfies a predetermined condition, on the basis of the first timing measurement information acquired by the acquisition unit and a growth pattern for the feet that is based on the user's attribute at the first timing.
