To provide a medical treatment device capable of preventing the wrong operation by tasks such as cleaning and sterilization of the medical treatment device, a controller, and a control method.SOLUTION: An examination table 10 includes: an operation part (a foot controller 5, a control panel 8, and the like) receiving a user's operation; and a controller 9 which controls the examination table 10 on the basis of operation received by the operation part and estimates a patient's leaving the examination table 10. The controller 9 restricts control of the examination table 10 when the patient's leaving is estimated, and cancels restriction of the control when a prescribed time passes after the control is restricted or prescribed operation is received at the operation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本開示は、医療用診療装置の清掃、消毒などの作業による誤動作を防止することができる医療用診療装置、制御装置、および制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】本開示に係る診療台１０は、使用者の操作を受け付ける操作部（フットコントローラ５や操作パネル８など）と、操作部で受け付けた操作に基づいて診療台１０を制御するとともに、患者の診療台１０からの退出を推定する制御装置９と、を備える。制御装置９は、患者の退出を推定した場合に、診療台１０の制御を制限し、当該制御を制限してから所定時間の経過、または、操作部で所定操作を受け付けた場合に、当該制御に対する制限を解除する。【選択図】図１
