METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT ADDITIVES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT FORMULATION

To provide a method for producing cement additives which can constitute a highly waterproof cementitious composition while being a powder of fine polymer particles.SOLUTION: Powdery granular materials used in the manufacture of cement additives of the invention are obtained by the following steps of: adding a spacer which is a water-soluble polymer (B) to the latex containing polymer fine particles (A); adding a coagulant (C) to the latex to form agglomerate of the polymer fine particles (A); and obtaining the powdery granular materials of the polymer fine particles (A) by separating the agglomerate from the aqueous phase and drying them.
