To reduce manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A commodity sample display device for a vending machine includes a display stand 7 for holding commodity samples. The display stand 7 is provided with a pair of right and left side support guides 22 that are erected in an upwardly extending manner from an upper surface and support a sheet-like commodity sample 10 on which at least a part of a commodity is displayed by allowing both sides of the sheet-like commodity sample 10 to enter side support grooves 221 and 222 formed on the stand itself.
