Zusammenfassung:	To provide a display device that can suppress charge of static electricity.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a liquid crystal display panel having a first substrate, a second substrate, a first liquid crystal layer, a first polarizer, and a second polarizer; a light adjusting panel having a third substrate, a fourth substrate, a second liquid crystal layer, a third polarizer, and a fourth polarizer; a first transparent conductive layer provided in the first substrate; a conductive tape connected to the first transparent conductive layer; and a first metal frame made of a metal material.
