Zusammenfassung:To measure abnormal vibration using time-of-arrival of a vibration even for equipment with a complex shape.SOLUTION: An abnormal vibration measurement device comprises a characteristic calculation unit and a vibration source estimation unit. The characteristic calculation unit calculates a first vibration transmission speed based on a first distance from a first vibration sensor to an exciter and a first vibration transmission time until an excited wave reaches the first vibration sensor when a vibration transmission path is excited by the exciter and a second vibration transmission speed based on a second distance from a second vibration sensor to the exciter and a second vibration transmission time until the excited wave reaches the second vibration sensor, as a vibration transmission speed characteristic of equipment. The vibration source estimation unit estimates a location where the vibration occurs on the basis of a time difference in the vibration transmission time that the vibration reaches the first vibration sensor and the second vibration sensor when the vibration occurred in the equipment and the vibration transmission speed characteristic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】複雑な形状を有する機器であっても振動の到達時間を用いて異常振動を計測すること。【解決手段】異常振動計測装置は、特性算出部と、振動源推定部とを備える。特性算出部は、振動伝達経路を加振器によって加振した際の、第1の振動センサから加振器までの第1の距離及び第1の振動センサに加振波が伝達するまでの第1の振動伝達時間に基づく第1の振動伝達速度と、第2の振動センサから加振器の位置までの第2の距離及び第2の振動センサに加振波が伝達するまでの第2の振動伝達時間に基づく第2の振動伝達速度と、を機器の振動伝達速度特性として計算する。振動源推定部は、機器に振動が発生したときに、第1の振動センサと第2の振動センサのそれぞれに振動が伝達するまでの振動伝達時間の時間差と、振動伝達速度特性とに基づき、振動が発生した位置を推定する。【選択図】図3
