Zusammenfassung: | To provide a gas transport device in which a valve element operates so as to open a flow channel when air flows in a forward direction, and the valve element operates so as to close the flow channel when air flows in an opposite direction.SOLUTION: A gas transport device includes: a valve element in which an exhaust plate 21 has a plurality of exhaust holes 211, a first plate 23 has a plurality of first through-holes 231, and a valve dais 22 has a plurality of valve holes, where the valve holes and the first through-holes are installed while being deviated and the valve holes and the exhaust holes are installed while corresponding to one another; and an actuator including a second plate 31, a housing 32 and an actuator element 33, and installed while being stacked on the valve element, where the housing is installed while being stacked on the second plate and the actuator element has a rectangle shape and is installed while being stacked on the housing. Therefore, when the actuator is driven and if air flows in a forward direction, the valve element operates so as to open the flow channel because the first through-holes and the valve holes are installed while being deviated, and if air flows in an opposite direction, the valve element operates so as to close the flow channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
【課題】気流が順方向である場合、弁体は流路を開くように作動し、気流が逆方向である場合、弁体は流路を閉じるように作動するガス輸送装置を提供する。【解決手段】排気板21が複数の排気穴211を有し、第一プレート23が複数の第一貫通穴231を有し、弁ディス22が複数の弁穴を有し、弁穴と第一貫通穴がずれて設置され、弁穴と排気穴が対応して設置されている弁体と、第二プレート31、筐体32及びアクチュエータ要素33を含み、弁体に積み重ね設置されたアクチュエータであって、筐体が第二プレートに積み重ね設置され、アクチュエータ要素が矩形の形態であり筐体に積み重ね設置されているアクチュエータと、を含むガス輸送装置である。これにより、アクチュエータが駆動されると、第一貫通穴と弁穴がずれて設置されることで、気流が順方向である場合、弁体は流路を開くように作動し、気流が逆方向である場合、弁体は流路を閉じるように作動する。【選択図】図2B |
