Zusammenfassung: | To make it possible to actuate a fan at the number of rotations according to the state of arrangement of a sample.SOLUTION: An environment forming device 10 comprises: a fan 29 that blows air temperature-controlled by an air conditioner 24 into an air conditioning target chamber 12; a first temperature sensor 31 that detects the temperature of the air blown from the fan 29; a second temperature sensor 32 that is arranged on the downstream side of the first temperature sensor 31 in an air circulation direction in the air conditioning target chamber 12; and a controller 34. The controller 34 determines if a predetermined stable state is reached while referring to at least one of detected temperatures from the first temperature sensor 31 and the second temperature sensor 32, and after the predetermined stable state is reached, if the at least one of the detected temperatures from the first temperature sensor 31 and the second temperature sensor 32 falls out of a predetermined range, increases the number of rotations of the fan 29 while checking if the detected temperatures from both the temperature sensors 31, 32 fall within the predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】試料の配置状況に応じた回転数でファンを作動できるようにする。【解決手段】環境形成装置10は、空調機24によって温調された空気を空調対象室12内に吹き出すファン29と、ファン29から吹き出された空気の温度を検出する第一温度センサ31と、空調対象室12内において、空気の循環方向における第一温度センサ31よりも下流側に配置された第二温度センサ32と、制御器34と、を備える。制御器34は、第一温度センサ31及び第二温度センサ32の検出温度の少なくとも一方を参照しつつ所定の安定状態に達したかどうかを判定し、所定の安定状態に達した後、第一温度センサ31及び第二温度センサ32の少なくとも一方の検出温度が所定範囲から外れている場合に、両温度センサ31,32の検出温度が前記所定範囲に入るかどうかを確認しながらファン29の回転数を上げる。【選択図】図1 |
