To make it possible to actuate a fan at the number of rotations according to the state of arrangement of a sample.SOLUTION: An environment forming device 10 comprises: a fan 29 that blows air temperature-controlled by an air conditioner 24 into an air conditioning target chamber 12; a first temperature sensor 31 that detects the temperature of the air blown from the fan 29; a second temperature sensor 32 that is arranged on the downstream side of the first temperature sensor 31 in an air circulation direction in the air conditioning target chamber 12; and a controller 34.
