Zusammenfassung: | To provide a soil-based block, a half-finished product of the soil-based block, and a method for manufacturing the soil-based block capable of avoiding the discharge of a large amount of carbon dioxide in a manufacturing process and facilitating pavement construction.SOLUTION: A mixture is obtained by kneading a soil-based aggregate, a solidifying agent containing magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride, and phosphoric acid, the mixture is molded into a pavement block by an immediate demolding method, and a soil-based block semi-finished product is obtained when strength required for a pavement material is developed through a curing process. When shot processing is applied to this semi-finished product, it becomes a soil-based block. Since magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride are used as solidifying agents and cement is not used, large emissions of carbon dioxide can be avoided in the manufacturing process. 【課題】製造過程で二酸化炭素の大量排出を避けることができ、舗装施工が容易に行える土系ブロック、土系ブロック半製品および製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】土系骨材と、酸化マグネシウムと塩化マグネシウムとを含む固化剤とリン酸とが混練りされた混合物であって、混合物が舗装ブロックに即時脱型製法で成型されており、養生工程を経て舗装材に必要な強度が発現させると土系ブロック半製品が得られる。この半製品にショット加工を施すと土系ブロックとなる。固化剤に酸化マグネシウムと塩化マグネシウムを用い、セメントを用いないので、製造工程で二酸化炭素の大量排出を避けることができる。また、舗装ブロックに成型されているので、舗装施工が容易に行える。【選択図】図1 |
