Zusammenfassung:To provide a power cycle test apparatus and power cycle test method capable of suppressing an occurrence of dew condensation.SOLUTION: A power cycle test apparatus 10 includes a placing table 202 including a placing area A for placing a power module 14 with a liquid-cooled heat sink, attached to the liquid-cooled heat sink 12 and including a control terminal and main terminals TM1-TM3, and a cover 204 covering the placing table 202 and forming a test space S in the inside.
