Zusammenfassung: | To provide a surface protective film and an optical component which have a wide application range of an adherend, reduce contamination on the adherend, and suppress a peeling charge voltage.SOLUTION: A surface protective film 10 includes a base material film 1, an adhesive layer 2, and a release film 5. The release film 5 includes a resin film 3, and a release agent layer 4. The release agent layer 4 contains a release agent containing dimethyl polysiloxane as a main component, and an antistatic agent. The adhesive layer 2 is formed of an adhesive containing a (meth)acrylate copolymer, a silicone-based surface active agent, a fluorine-based surface active agent, and a crosslinking agent. The crosslinking agent crosslinks the (meth)acrylate copolymer. An addition ratio (silicone-based surface active agent/fluorine-based surface active agent) of the silicone-based surface active agent to the fluorine-based surface active agent in the adhesive is a mass ratio of 20/80 to 90/10 in terms of a solid content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】被着体の適用範囲が広く、被着体に対する汚染が少なく、かつ剥離帯電圧を低く抑えた表面保護フィルムおよび光学部品を提供する。【解決手段】表面保護フィルム10は、基材フィルム1と、粘着剤層2と、剥離フィルム5とを備える。剥離フィルム5は、樹脂フィルム3と、剥離剤層4とを備える。剥離剤層4は、ジメチルポリシロキサンを主成分とする剥離剤と、帯電防止剤とを含有する。粘着剤層2は、(メタ)アクリレート共重合体と、シリコーン系界面活性剤と、フッ素系界面活性剤と、架橋剤と、を含有する粘着剤で形成される。前記架橋剤は、前記(メタ)アクリレート共重合体を架橋させる。前記粘着剤における前記シリコーン系界面活性剤と前記フッ素系界面活性剤との添加比率(シリコーン系界面活性剤/フッ素系界面活性剤)は、固形分換算で質量比20/80~90/10である。【選択図】図1 |
