ARTICLE DELIVERY SYSTEM AND ARTICLE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT METHOD

To provide an article delivery system capable of facilitating the exchange of articles between a banking institution and a user while improving the freedom of time of users, and an article delivery management method.SOLUTION: The article delivery system includes: an ATM 10 that performs a financial transaction for users; a delivery device 12 that includes multiple boxes for storing articles given to or received from users; and a host unit 13 that manages articles to be delivered to users or received from users.
