FOOT-OPERATED INTERNAL LOCK

To provide foot-operated means of locking/unlocking, in view of recent public health concerns, an internal lock mounted on a movable door of a building or the like without touching the lock with hand.SOLUTION: Instead of a knob or the like to be manually operated, an internal lock provided with a foot-operated operation body for locking/unlocking the same is installed in the vicinity of the lower part of an openable/closable door panel of a movable door, and is used without directly touching the lock with fingers. An operation body to be operated by foot of a user is selected from several kinds according to the form of the movable door. In addition, variations of the operation body itself and a reference for installation are also proposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】近年の公衆衛生における不安に鑑み、建物等の可動ドアに取り付けられている内締まり錠に対して手で触れることなく足で操作して施解錠する手段を提供する。【解決手段】可動ドアの開閉自在なドアパネルの下方付近に、手動操作するツマミ等に代わり、足で施解錠の操作をする操作体を備えた内締まり錠を設置し、直接、手指で錠に触れずに使用する。可動ドアの様式に応じて幾つかの種類の中から、使用者が片足で操作する操作体を選択する。また、操作体自体のバリエーションや設置する基準についても提案する。【選択図】図１
