Zusammenfassung: | To provide a protective structure for an organic foam which has sufficient fireproof performance and can reduce falling-off of an incombustible heat insulating layer by reducing melting of the organic foam due to heat, by laminating a coating layer mainly composed of synthetic resin and the incombustible heat insulating layer containing aluminum hydroxide on the surface of organic foam.SOLUTION: The protective structure consists of a coating layer mainly composed of synthetic resin and a nonflammable heat insulating layer containing aluminum hydroxide laminated on the surface of the organic foam. Therefore, due to the synergistic effect of the fire resistance of the noncombustible heat insulating layer and the heat insulating layer of the coating layer, the melting of the organic foam is reduced, and the coating layer and the incombustible fireproof layer are less likely to fall off, and it is possible to impart sufficient fire resistance to the organic foam.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】有機発泡体表面に合成樹脂を主成分とした塗膜層と水酸化アルミニウムを含有した不燃断熱層とを積層することにより、耐火性能が十分であり、熱による有機発泡体の融解を少なくすることで、その不燃断熱層の脱落を少なくすることができる有機発泡体の保護構造を提供する。【解決手段】有機発泡体表面に、合成樹脂を主成分とした塗膜層と、水酸化アルミニウムを含有した不燃断熱層と、が積層されたものであることにより、不燃断熱層による耐火性と塗膜層の断熱層の相乗効果により、有機発泡体の溶融が少なくなり、塗膜層及び不燃耐火層の脱落が少なく、有機発泡体に十分な耐火性を付与することができる。【選択図】なし |
