To provide an electronics containment unit capable of exhausting air from an internal space without installing a dedicated exhaust fan in a housing.SOLUTION: An electronics containment unit 1 includes a housing 2 and mounting portions (32, 33) to which a plurality of electronic devices 41 to 43 are mounted within the housing 2. The first electronic device 41 includes an exhaust fan 411 and is provided with an exhaust duct 5 that guides air from the exhaust fan 411 to the outside of the housing 2.
