Zusammenfassung: | To provide a chip which can be guided smoothly by a guide wire, and solve difficult operation to the guide wire, by a simplified structure, and a guided tool device.SOLUTION: A chip 1 is formed into a slender cylindrical tube shape, is formed of a flexible material which can be bent, and comprises: a holding part 10; and a base part 20 which is integrally molded with the holding part 10. The holding part 10 comprises: a first opening 11 whose side face is opened along a longitudinal direction and can be opened/closed freely; a second opening 12 which is opened always; and an open hole 13 which penetrates both end parts of the chip 1. In a state in which the first opening 11 is closed, a guide wire G is held, and in a state in which the first opening is opened, the guide wire G is released. A guided tool device 50 comprises: a chip 1; a guided tool 30 for fixing the chip 1; and a sheath 40. By circumferential contact of the sheath 40 to a periphery of the holding part 10, the first opening 11 is closed, and by extruding the guided tool 30 from the sheath 40, the first opening 11 is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガイドワイヤによる誘導がスムーズであり、簡単な構造でガイドワイヤに対する困難な操作を解消したチップおよび被誘導具装置を提供する。【解決手段】チップ1は、細長の円筒管形状を呈し、可撓性を有する屈曲自在の材料から成形され、保持部10と、保持部10と一体成型されるベース部20とを備える。また、保持部10は、側面が長手方向に沿って開口し開閉自在の第1開口部11と、常に開口している第2開口部12と、チップ1の両端部を貫通する貫通孔13と、を有している。第1開口部11が閉じた状態において、ガイドワイヤGを保持し、開いた状態においてガイドワイヤGを解放する。被誘導具装置50は、チップ1と、チップ1を固定する被誘導具30と、シース40とを備える。シース40を保持部10の外周に周接することで第1開口部11が閉じ、被誘導具30をシース40から押し出すことで第1開口部11が開く。【選択図】図1 |
