The first coil 11 and the second coil 12 have a core material 3 as a magnetic core and are respectively wound around a first part 31 and a second part 32 of the core material 3. The core material 3 has a first annular part 3a including the first part 31 and the second part 32 and a second annular part 3b sharing one of the first part 31 and the second part 32 with the first annular part 3a.
