To provide an after-sales service providing system, an after-sales service accounting method, an information processing device and a program capable of receiving provision of a service while preventing a user from strongly feeling a financial burden feeling even in the case of including a service provided in each fixed period.SOLUTION: In an information processing device, a charge calculation part calculates a charge to be paid by a service recipient for a service provided by a service provider in each fixed period. A settlement amount calculation part calculates a settlement amount which should be paid by a registered service recipient who should newly receive provision of a service from information on the service. A ratio calculation part calculates a ratio showing how many times the calculated settlement is about an amount to be paid by a user in each fixe period. A difference addition part adds the settlement amount to a charge from a registered period when the provision of the service is newly received till the next nearest period when a service of the highest amount is received when the determination-calculated ratio is determined to exceed a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】一定期間毎に提供されるサービスを含む場合でも、ユーザが金銭的負担感を強く感じることなく、サービスの提供を受けることが可能なアフターサービス提供システム、アフターサービス課金方法、情報処理装置及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】情報処理装置おいて、料金算出部は、サービスの提供者が提供するサービスに対してサービスの被提供者が一定期間毎に支払う料金を算出する。清算金額算出部は、サービスに関する情報から、新たにサービスの提供を受けるべく登録されたサービスの被提供者が支払うべき清算金額を算出する。比率算出部は、算出した清算金額が、ユーザが一定期間毎に支払う料金の何倍であるかを示す比率を算出する。差額加算部は、判断が算出された比率が閾値を超えると判断すると、新たにサービスの提供を受けるべく登録された時期から最高額のサービスを直近の次に受ける時期までの料金に、清算金額を加算する。【選択図】図４
