TOILET HANDRAIL DEVICE

To provide a toilet handrail device having a high degree of freedom in adjusting the direction of armrests and allowing a user to easily use the armrests in an appropriate state.SOLUTION: A toilet handrail device 10 used, with it assembled with a Western-style toilet bowl 50 comprises an integral frame 11 formed by connecting a pair of left/right base members 11a having first journal parts 11a1 at portions in the front side of a toilet seat center C0 with a connecting member 11b passing the front side of the toilet bowl 50, first lower rotational members 12 attached to the first journal parts 11a1 so as to rotationally turn in the horizontal direction and having second journal parts 12 at portions horizontally deviated from the first journal parts 11a1, and first upper rotational members 13 attached to the second journal parts 12b so as to rotationally turn in the horizontal direction and including armrests 13a and a backrest 13b provided integrally on the rear side of the armrests 13a.
