METHOD FOR ELECTRONICALLY PROVIDING MATERIALS IN MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION SUCH AS CORPORATION

To provide an information distribution method enabling disclosing the materials that are to be distributed, as a rule, to members, like stockholders' general meeting materials, so as to allow the materials to be read, through easy operation, and so as to allow the contents of the materials to be understood, as well as, enabling such an operation to make part of the contents not open to the public but disclosed only to specific members.SOLUTION: A method for electronically providing materials in a membership organization enables notification of general disclosed information, and unique information undisclosed generally but disclosed to corresponding stockholders by: recording ledger recording prescribed items such as names and addresses of members and ID numbers unique to IC tags in association with each other; distributing to all of the members, IC tags A accessible to a website disclosing material for all of the members, and also distributing, appropriately by mail or the like, IC tags B accessible to a website disclosing supplementary materials and explanation materials required to be distributed to the members so as to allow both of the IC tags individually or in conjunction. The IC tags A and B can be transferred to a general meeting video distribution site by simultaneously reading the IC tags, and stockholders being at places far away from a general meeting place can participate in a general meeting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】株主総会資料のように、原則として会員に配布する資料を、特定のウエブサイトに掲載することにより公開して、簡単な操作で読むことができ、資料の内容を理解することが出来るようにすること、および資料の内の一部を非公開とし、特定の会員のみに開示するような操作が可能である情報の配布方法を提供する。【解決手段】会員の氏名、住所等所定の事項を記録した台帳と、ＩＣタグ固有のＩＤ番号とを紐付けて記録し、さらに全会員向けの資料を開示するウエブサイトにアクセスできるＩＣタグＡを全会員に配布すると共に、当該会員に配布する必要な補足資料や説明資料を開示するウエブサイトにアクセスできるＩＣタグＢを適宜郵送等で配布し、これら両ＩＣタグを単独で、または連動して読み取ることにより、一般公開情報や当該株主向け特有の非公開情報を通知可能とした。上記ＩＣタグＡとＢを同時に読み取ることにより、株主総会映像配信サイトに遷移可能とし、該株主総会会場から離れた場所にいる株主が株主総会に参加することを可能とした。【選択図】図１
