Zusammenfassung:To provide a tire capable of improving durability of a communication device with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A tire 1 of the present invention is a tire 1 which has a carcass 3 composed of at least one carcass ply 3a extending between a pair of bead sections 13 through a pair of side wall sections 12. The tire 1 comprises: electroconductive members 21, which are embedded in tire-widthwise outer sides or inner sides of the carcass 3 in tire side sections 14 composed of the side wall sections 12 and the bead sections 13, and which extend throughout at least one area in a tire circumference direction and at least one area in a tire diameter direction in the tire side sections 14; and at least one IC chips 22 embedded in the tire side sections 14.
