Zusammenfassung:To provide a container arrangement pitch adjusting device capable of reducing risk in which a container falls down, and of dealing with change of a container shape or the like as well, even in pitch adjustment conveyance of the container with high capacity.SOLUTION: An upper propeller pair and a lower propeller pair according to each propeller set are located at a constant angular difference during feed-in posture with which a container reaches a pitch adjustment line, thereby suppressing traveling by either the upper propeller pair or the lower propeller pair coming into contact with the container, and suppressing a subsequent container from traveling while the other propeller pair nips the container with one propeller pair in between. The upper propeller pair and the lower propeller pair rotate during feed-out conveyance while holding the constant angular difference, and the other propeller pair reaches the pitch adjustment line via rotation during feed-out posture. One propeller pair rotates to a position capable of nipping the container at the constant angular difference with the other propeller pair to open a travel direction of the container, and subsequently returns to a state during the feed-in posture again. The foregoing series of operations are repeated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高能力での容器のピッチ調整搬送においても、容器が倒れるリスクを小さくすることができ、容器の形状等の変化にも対応可能な容器配列ピッチ調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】容器がピッチ調整ラインへ至った繰り入れ姿勢時には、各プロペラセットにおいて対の上側プロペラと対の下側プロペラは一定の角度差で位置し、いずれか一方の対のプロペラが容器に当接して進行を抑え、他方の対のプロペラは容器を一方の対のプロペラとの間に挟み込むとともに後続の容器の進行を抑え、繰り出し搬送時には、対の上側プロペラと対の下側プロペラは一定の角度差を保持したまま回転し、繰り出し姿勢時には、他方の対のプロペラは回転してピッチ調整ラインへ至り、一方の対のプロペラは他方の対のプロペラと一定の角度差で容器を挟持可能な位置まで回転することにより容器の進行方向を開放したあと、再び繰り入れ姿勢時の状態に戻る、その一連の動作を繰り返す。【選択図】図1
