RELIEF VALVE FOR FLUID FILTER AND FLUID FILTER INCLUDING THE SAME

To provide a relief valve for a fluid filter which can achieve simplification of its structure by significant reduction of the number of components.SOLUTION: A relief valve 4 includes: a valve part 23 which is formed in an umbrella-shape having a center hole 23a and makes pressure contact with a shaft end surface of a housing 2; passage parts 24 each of which is disposed at the outer side of the valve part and allows a fluid to circulate along an outer periphery surface of the valve part; protruding parts 25 each of which is disposed at the outer side of the valve part and makes pressure contact with the shaft end surface of the housing; and an annular element pressing part 26 which is disposed at the outer side of the valve part and makes pressure contact with a shaft end surface of a filter element 3 by pressing force of the protruding parts.
