To provide a technique capable of satisfactorily fixing two sheets sandwiching a linear transmission member.SOLUTION: A wiring member 10 includes a linear transmission member 20, and a first sheet 30A and a second sheet 30B sandwiching the linear transmission member 20. The first sheet 30A includes a sandwiching portion 31 sandwiching the linear transmission member 20 between itself and the second sheet 30B, and a fixing portion 32 projecting from the sandwiching portion 31 to the side of the linear transmission member 20 and fixed to the second sheet 30B. The first sheet 30A and the second sheet 30B are closer to each other in the thickness direction at the position of the fixing portion 32 than at the position of the sandwiching portion 31.
